I have an ingrown pubic hair that is swollen and SO painful,A result of shaving a week ago on the sides of my Bikini line, then on sunday doing yard work in the heat.I noticed a painful bump. Now its 2days later and I cannot sit or wear anything but along t-shirt. Please what should I do.....I cannot bear this pain
